Yes, there is a Rental section on IRESis. Click the Search Tab and click the "Non-MLS Search" icon.

Add a property that your friend or client is trying to rent. Or, find a rental for them.

Photos and rental specific fields are available, plus they can be sent to ColoProperty.com for additional exposure.
