IRESis has a Showings System?

Yes, we do!
Enter your showings into IRESis to track their progress and automatically email feedback requests. Is there an extra cost?  Not at all, it’s included in your MLS fees.  Here are a few other features included in this system:

Feedback Questions

·         Standard feedback questions are included, but you can customize them for all of your listings, or change the questions at the individual listing level.

Showing Feedback

·         Showing feedback is sent to you via email.   

·         You have the ability to manually enter feedback if you prefer to call for feedback.

·         Feedback and showing notifications can be emailed to whoever you would like:  assistants, sellers, team members, etc.

·         Previous showing agents can be emailed about price changes, status changes, etc.

Integration

·         A “To Do” list for staff allows for timely and accurate follow up with showing agents and sellers.

·         Sentrilock integration provides quick access to One Day Codes.

·         Integrated listing and agent information helps with quick entry and consistency.   

·         Agent and Office level reporting including Feedback, Comparable Showings, Gross Showing Totals by Area, and Activity reports.
