*Enter your Open House into IRESis for other brokers to see. Entry is quick and easy. Just search for your listing in Edit Listing and click the Open Houses screen. Enter it a few days in advance and use the "Repeat" feature to quickly enter future open houses as well.
*By default your Open House will be sent to ColoProperty.com® where it can be searched by the multitude of visitors we receive each month. It will also be sent to Realtor.com and included in IDX downloads.
*Send an announcement to other brokers via the System Messages screen, located under the User Tab in IRESis. Send it "System Wide" so everyone sees it.
Then....On the Counter
*Prepare a beautiful Property Report for your open house in CloudCMA. Upload your photo and logo by clicking the "Settings" link. The report includes a QR code, so Open House attenders with a smart phone can simply scan the QR code and have online access to the report when they leave...branded with your contact information, of course.
*Create a full Community Report on Find. Search by address and click the "Quick Report" link and choose "Community". Find is located under the Search Tab on IRESis.
