If you use CSS as your showings service, consider entering "CSS" in the "For Showings Contact" field. For example: "CSS: 970-663-7469".Since CSS has various phone numbers, this will alert other agents who are setting up showings as to which listings are handled by CSS. If they know up front, multiple phone calls to CSS will be avoided.
