Do you use CSS as your Showings service?

If you use CSS as your showings service, consider entering "CSS" in the "For Showings Contact" field.  For example: "CSS: 970-663-7469".

Since CSS has various phone numbers, this will alert other agents who are setting up showings as to which listings are handled by CSS. If they know up front, multiple phone calls to CSS will be avoided.

IRES Broker Forum regarding MLS Data Sharing Efforts

On Nov 6th, 2009 IRES held a broker forum called "MLS of Choice: Are we there yet?"  The intent was to review where we've been, where we are now, and where we need to go with the IRES and Denver MLS data sharing. We used an audience response system so we could ask questions and give everyone an opportunity to respond. The responses were interesting and can be viewed here.  We are curious to know your thoughts as well.
