Perfect for Summer: “Showing Guide”

As the temperature rises, so do the number of showings. IRES has the perfect tool for you and your clients: Showing Guide. 

Showing Guide features:

·         Map location of all homes you plan to see (up to 14) at a glance.

·         Thumbnail summary of homes you have selected.  Easily rearrange the list using the up & down arrows so they appear in showing order on the map, thumbnails and 1 page reports.

·         1 page report for each property including 5 photos, map, and room for the client(s) to make notes about the Kitchen, Living Room, Exterior, Neighborhood and more.  There is even a spot to indicate their Overall Rating.

·         Agent & Office branding with your personal photo, office logo and contact information.

Where do you find this fabulous tool?   First select the listings - either by performing a search or entering specific MLS numbers, then click on the “Print Reports” tab.   Choose the Showing Guide and rearrange the order of homes to match your travel route and showing times.

Tip #1 – If you have MySite set up for your clients and they want to see the properties they have marked as Favorites, this is a great short cut: Go to your client’s MySite Usage Report and in the Favorites section, click on “Open in Report Window”, then choose the Showing Guide report as described above.   You can create the report in less than one minute.  That’s no exaggeration – we just timed it! 

Tip #2 – If the clients have children that will join you during the showings, consider printing an extra set for them so they can make their own notes.  In fact, you may want to print a set for each adult as well.

Tip #3 – For scheduling showings, choose the Agent Version of the Showing Guide which includes the "For Showings Contact" number on the thumbnail list.  (If printing, you only need to print the first page or two.)

Prospective buyers will be impressed with the Showing Guide and will also appreciate the ability to make notes as they tour the homes.  Without it, the properties may become a blur.
