The below is a comment from Tom McHenry. We had technical difficulties with his original comment so are posting it here:
I am a Denver realtor.
I have a listing at 3100 S. Buttercup Cir in Frederick, CO that is NOT showing on IRES according to a Realtor I know in Ft. Collins.
He conversely has a listing in Denver that only shows up on PRIME ACCESS MLS (and not MYMLS, which most Denver Realtors use
for searches.)
Does IRES have 2 separate ways to search for properties too?
Why does his show up here (at least on PrimeAccess) but mine does not pull up on IRES (or PRIME ACCESS IRES????)
Denver MLS has said they will eventually do away with MYMLS which will solve the problem of not seeing all listings.
How does one tell if their listing will show up in both locations?
Denver agents were lead to believe all listings would show up on the new combined MLS/IRES.
Yes, Metrolist (and Pikes Peak) listings are accessible on IRESis in many places, including our mobile access, IRESis.com/mobile. We confirmed that your specific listing is online.
There are primarily 2 search options: CCM Search, a separate icon under the Search tab or the regular Listing Search. For the latter, simply check the CCM box and search by address, MLS# or other listing characteristics.
Additionally, metro & PPAR listings are available through Hotsheets and Prospect searches, including MySite, and integrated with our online contracts & forms, so if someone makes an offer on your Frederick listing, appropriate data will be autofilled on the form.
One of the most important features on MySite was the ability of the clients to check on schools, demographics etc. It wasn't there today. What happened?
Ann, the Neighborhood information is still available on MySite. If the icon doesn't display for a particular listing it's because the address cannot be located. If you'll let me know the particular listing in question, we can ask eNeighborhoods to check into it.
