IRES DATA SHARE JOURNEY CONTINUES...

As we travel down the datasharing highway, IRES has taken the opportunity to stop and review fields used by Metrolist plus the recommendations of the Uniform Input Group. Each field is scrutinized to determine its value to consumers and brokers throughout Colorado. After a recent review, we decided to add a few fields/features that we felt would enhance IRESis.com and also mapped Metrolist data into them:
  • We clarified our Concessions fields for Sold properties and mapped Metrolist data into them. Down Payment Assistance is also now displayed for Metrolist listings.
  • Sump Pump (in the Basement/Foundation group)
  • Media Room (in the Design Features group)
  • Unincorporated (in the Location Description group)
  • Builder (in the Ownership group)
  • Exclusions – a text field of 100 characters

As we move forward, IRES will continue this detailed field review to offer the “best in show” MLS system along the Colorado Front Range.

Sentrilock Reciprocal Agreement Makes Showings Seamless

IRES has signed a reciprocal agreement with the following Metro Denver Boards to allow easier access to properties all along the Front Range for Sentrilock users: Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®, Denver Board of REALTORS®, South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS®, Aurora Association of REALTORS®, Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS®, and Douglas/Elbert REALTOR® Association. This means that any Sentrilock user from the IRES region will now be able to show properties with Sentrilock lockboxes in the Metro Denver area without any additional steps or authorization. The agreement also makes it easy for a Metro Denver agent to show properties along the Front Range, regardless of where they signed up for their Sentrilock service.
